Title IX Coordinator Mentorship
Hands-on, case-based guidance to help coordinators navigate real-world Title IX challenges with confidence.
Why Partner with a Title IX Mentor?
Real-Time guidance
Title IX cases rarely follow a script. Mentorship provides real-time support as situations unfold, helping coordinators respond confidently when policy alone does not provide clear answers.
Implementation Focus
Training explains what the regulations require. Mentorship focuses on how to apply them, from drafting notices to managing timelines, communication, and procedural decision-making.
End-to-End Support
Support is available throughout the life of a case, from intake through resolution and appeal, so coordinators are not navigating high-stakes decisions in isolation.
Why Partner with us?
Our mentors understand the realities of serving as a Title IX Coordinator because they have done the work themselves. They have managed complex and sensitive cases, balanced compliance with institutional expectations, and made difficult judgment calls under real-world constraints.
We prioritize clear, timely communication, trauma-informed practices, and practical solutions that support both procedural integrity and fairness to all parties. Mentorship is collaborative and responsive, with guidance tailored to your institution’s policies, processes, and capacity.
