The Release of the 2024 Title IX Regulations

Notice: DOE Advances New Title IX Rule

The Biden administration’s draft of the revised Title IX Regulations has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, marking a significant step forward in the passing of a “new” Title IX. As this review may take up to 90 days, we are now anticipating the release of the new Title IX Regulations in May 2024.

We will continue to keep you informed.

The Title IX Notice of Proposed Rulemaking was released by the Department of Education on
June 23, 2022.
